MAD (taken from the Danish word for “food”) is a nonprofit organization that inspires and educates the cooking community to make a difference in their restaurants, communities, and the world at large. Chef René Redzepi began MAD as a two-day symposium in 2011. Today, MAD’s community encompasses chefs and entrepreneurs, farmers and scholars, students and the public. Restaurant Barr
Barr draws from the eating and drinking traditions of the European beer belt. We serve familiar foods along with a great selection of beers, wine, akvavit and drink, building on the last decade’s gastronomic development in Copenhagen.

Former Noma pastry sous chef, Rosio Sanchez, serves up some of the most delicious tacos in Europe.

INUA
Thomas Frebel, former chef at noma will open INUA in the Iidabashi area of Tokyo in Summer 2018. Frebel’s dream of creating and running his own restaurant is being supported by a partnership between René Redzepi and KADOKAWA CORPORATION in Japan.
