As head barista at noma you will be working in our beverage program, collaborating with amazing coffee and tea producers from around the world. With each new season we develop a completely new menu of both hot and cold beverages, from custom tea blends, to locally foraged herbal infusions, to uniquely tailored coffee roasts. Our selection is of great importance to us and ever-changing, as we work with only thoughtful and focused producers.
Here at noma we work as one team – meaning that your work is more than just tea and coffee. You need to learn about everything that goes on in our restaurant and become capable of working service on the floor.
We are also looking for someone willing to make a long-term commitment. Once you get here, you will understand that one year is not enough. We can promise you that it is going to be fun, you’ll learn a lot, and you will be part of what we consider to be one of the best teams on the planet: a team that constantly pushes. Adventure and discovery have always been a part of our DNA, and we have a lot of exciting projects on the horizon.
