Noma Mexico (The Pop-Up Company ApS, Contact: Address: Carretera Tulum – Bocapaila, Km 8.1, Zona Costera, Tulum, Quintana Roo, 77780, Mexico) (the Company) recognises the importance of privacy and is committed to protecting your privacy when handling your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how the Company will collect, hold, use, disclose, protect and otherwise handle your personal information in accordance with the Danish Privacy Principles contained in the Danish Data Protection Act, including any personal information collected through our website located at (Website) and through our reservation platform at which is operated on our behalf by our third party service provider, Tock LLC (Booking Platform).

What personal information does the Company collect?

Collecting information

Depending on how you choose to interact with the Company, the Company will collect your personal information from you through our Website, and when you communicate with us (either by email, telephone, in writing or in person).  We may also collect personal information about you from third parties such the third party booking service provided by Tock, LLC.

Where the Company has collected your information from a third party, such personal information will be held, used and disclosed by the Company in accordance with this Privacy Policy.  You are not required to provide personal information to us, and in some cases you may deal with us pseudonymously or anonymously.  However if you do not provide us with all the information we request, the services we provide to you may be affected or we may not be able to provide services to you at all.

Collecting information from visits to the Company’s website

The Company may collect information based on how you use its website. The Company uses ‘cookies’, web beacons and other similar technologies to collect non-identified/anonymous information about the users of its website such as the number of visitors, the number of pages viewed and the internet advertisements which bring visitors to the Company’s website.  Certain other statistical information may be made available to us via our internet service provider and such information may include the IP and logical address of the server you are using.  This information is collected to analyse and improve the Company’s website, its marketing campaigns and to record statistics on web traffic including the general geographic location of users and tracking the patterns of behaviour of visitors to the Website. Although you can usually modify your browser to prevent cookie use, if you do this, our Website may not work properly for you.  No attempt is made by the Company to use this information to personally identify you.

We will not use or disclose your personal information for any purpose other than the purpose for which it was collected (or a related purpose) (see “How does the Company use your personal information” above) unless you have consented to that other purpose or we are permitted to do so by law.
