Special Announcement for Sydney Students

Dear Sydneysiders,

Thank you so much for graciously welcoming us into your home! We have felt only warmth and generosity from our new friends and neighbours over the last month and now we would like to be able to give back, in small part, to the next generation of Australian chefs and waiters.

Each week, until the end of our residency in Barangaroo we will give 4 local culinary or hospitality students the opportunity to enjoy the full meal at noma australia, outside on our terrace, and free of charge. After the meal, students will get time to tour the restaurant’s kitchen, and spend some time meeting with members of the noma team.

Students interested in applying should email sydstudents@noma.dk with their answer the question, “what does tomorrow’s meal look like?” Answers can be made in a written format (500 words or less), in photo, drawing, or in film, but must be attached to the email application. Applications must also include the student’s name, and proof of their registration as a student at a local institution within the industry.

Answers will be reviewed by the noma team and judged on their passion, insight, ideas, and creativity. The first winners will be announced this Friday, and dine at noma australia in the following week.
