Noma Kaffe is Here

Nearly a decade ago, we set out to make coffee an unforgettable part of the dining experience at noma—a bold idea at the time. Little by little, though, it would become a hallmark of our service. We had the chance to learn from amazing roasters, even developing a brewing method fit to our menu and its pace. Eventually, we asked ourselves: Why not do it all? In 2024, we started roasting the beans that we brew for guests, right here in Copenhagen.

Our team has since set out to travel to origin countries and stand in the shade of coffee trees to meet producers and deepen our knowledge of the complex world of farming, processing, and trading coffee: a logical step for us here at noma, where we have always had a personal relationship with our farmers, whether they grow grapes, or seaweed, or asparagus.

And now, we introduce Noma Kaffe, our very own coffee subscription, so that you can join us as we continue to travel, taste, and learn. Every month, members receive two bags of beans, each one unique and designed for making filter coffee. In addition to the beans, subscribers will receive guidance and a steady stream of journals from the Noma Kaffe team, diving deeply into brewing techniques, origin research trips, and everything in between.

With that, we’re looking forward to welcoming you on our coffee journey and introducing you to some of our dearest collaborators along the way.

Tak for kaffe, as we say here in Denmark.
